Depuis ses débuts, Nam Lik Eco-Village a donné une importance
particulière à l’étude et au recensement de la biodiversité.
Des spécialistes de renommée internationale (entomologistes,
herpétologues, ornithologues et botanistes) s’y retrouvent
régulièrement, bénéficiant d’une base d’accueil, de travail
et d’échange. Une photothèque numérique, des collections
d’insectes et de reptiles du Laos sont consultables sur place.
2010 verra paraître deux livres dont nous sommes partenaires:
- Les Reptiles du Laos (A. Teynié, P. David)
- Les Libellules du Laos ( A. Teynié).
Enfin, nous sensibilisons les jeunes du village à la protection
de l’environnement et les faisons participer activement
aux études.
Since the beginning of the project, Nam Lik Eco-Village gave
importance to the study and the listing of local biodiversity.
Worldwide specialists regularly meet here, benefitting from a
welcoming and working structure in addition to an important
database. A photo collection is available as well as diverse
collections of insects and reptiles from Laos.
In 2010, two books in partnership with the resort will be

We raise young villagers’ awareness towards the importance
of protecting Nature and its diversity. They are actively
involved in the project.
